    Mentor Listing Realty offers full representation services for a single flat fee of $499.  Full representation includes the following services:

    •   Accept, review, and negotiate all offers through closing.
    •   Draft all forms and contracts using standard state and local forms.
    •   Advice to the seller on merits of all offers in relation to current market conditions.
    •   Enforcement of all contract time periods for inspections, financing, etc.
    •   Management of the home inspection process.
    •   Coordination and management of the closing process through transaction settlement.
