Either fax or mail the signed and completed form to Mentor Listing Realty at the address on the Contact Us page.

Upon receipt of the form, a Mentor Listing Realty representative will contact you to complete the listing.

Please remember:

1. All listings must be secured by a valid credit card.
2. All owners must sign every document.

Full Representation

Mentor Listing Realty offers full representation services for a single flat fee of $499.  Full representation includes the following services:

Accept, review, and negotiate all offers through closing.

  Draft all forms and contracts using standard state and local forms.

  Advice to the seller on merits of all offers in relation to current market conditions.

  Enforcement of all contract time periods for inspections, financing, etc.

  Management of the home inspection process.

  Coordination and management of the closing process through transaction settlement.
